1. We collect personal information from you on mortgage loan applications or other forms you supply for processing loan applications. Also from affiliates, or others and may include information such as your account balances, payment histories and consumer credit reports.
2. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We may share your information with affiliates that is necessary to process a mortgage loan application which includes but is not limited to title companies, real estate appraisers, real estate agents, homebuilders, lenders, home inspectors, surveyors. Such information is shared on a need to know basis to complete their function in the mortgage loan transaction. We do not control affiliate’s privacy policies but we endeavor to use those companies with ethical business policies and procedures and with strong privacy policies. 4. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations in order to guard your nonpublic personal information.
